How To Encourage English Department Students To Speak More Often and Confidently
 

Nowadays, education becomes an important thing in our life. It is really true, because in many countries there are many education facility like school, university, etc, especially in english education program in university or in school. It is believed to develop student’s skill in english as a knowledge.

In reality, there are some students that have knowledge but he cannot realize it. One of the way to realize it is with speaking, especially in english education. If we have knowledge but we cannot realize it means that it is useless. There are many solution to solve it, one of them is the students must be brave to speak more often everyday, it is very effective because many students can do it everywhere, and everytime. But in reality, the students are too shy to speak on public. The teachers must give them a motivation to encourage them.

The teacher does not only motivate the students to speak more, but also the teacher must finds another solutions to make the students be interested in speaking. One of the way is the teacher gives a reward to the students that can speak more in the class. The purpose of this way is to make the students become confident in speaking. Those are some ways that can support the students in their study.

Due to some reasons that have been explained above, the students should be able to motivate themselves in their speaking, because the most effective way is depend on the students itself.
